Free pickup from airport just call them when you clear immigration and custom, clean room but no coffee or tea supply, very friendly front desk staff that speak mandarin, can’t find location on map for taxi nearest is a one to two minute walk from hotel, walkable to foods and a shopping centre just opposite, very good water pressure in toilet, thanks..

The hotel room was nice, spacious and clean. The location is not too far from the airport but also not right in city centre so I’d probably stay closer to the city centre next time in Vientiane. The front desk staff were helpful with things like finding taxis and information about train tickets.
