We stayed here for 1 night before flying home to China. This was our second time staying here on the same trip. The hotel is very clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

We requested them for early-checkin and they accepted while other hotels refused us. We asked to pay for early-checkin but they didnot charge us. The service is great!! Appreciated

Stay 2 nights, breakfasts & dinners are great. Different main meals are served. The room is spacious and can stay 4 people without space constraints.

I liked everything about the hotel. The location is central, close to the night market. It's clean, well furnished and the breakfast is good. The staff is very helpful and kind.

Nice hotel in the centre of the city, close to the most important sites. The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t anything special, but OK. The only issue is that the staff at the restaurant understands very little English, so what you get is a hit and miss. Most of the time a miss… Even when you write it down.

The hotel is located near the Black Pagoda, and is convenient to various attractions, including Xiangkun Temple (Buddha Park) and the Thai-Laos Friendship Bridge to Nong Khai, Thailand. The room is not big, but it is clean, but the bathroom has a slight smell. After they clean, the toilet lid must be open, which I don't understand. Because it is close to the road, the noise of motorcycles is still a bit noisy. Breakfast is a simple Western meal with not many choices, and it is served in the courtyard on the first floor. The front desk service is polite but not very flexible.

The atmosphere of the breakfast area was great. The buffet had a wide variety and was delicious. The airport bus stop was right in front of the hotel, which was convenient.

The check-in experience was excellent. The front desk was quick. The concierge was very polite. They helped with the luggage and opened and closed the door. I liked the aroma of the room. It was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very rich. The only possible location is not too close to the central area, but it is only seven or eight minutes walk away. The price-performance ratio is still very high. Recommended. The State Banquet Restaurant is close, you can go and experience it. It is also close to the Black Tower.

Breakfast should be quite good abroad, the location is also very good, it is worth recommending
