Vientiane Garden Villa Hotel

Pretty dirty, noisy , but was alright . Not too far from the river but still a nice walk in the heat

We stayed here for the second time and we really enjoyed our stay. They upgraded to a bigger room which was a complete surprise!! The staff was really nice too!! Very welcoming and sweet!! Internet is good for streaming videos

The hotel really needs some renovation and maintenance. Unfortunately, mold is present in many areas, especially in the room and bathroom. This affects the overall cleanliness and comfort of the stay. I hope the management will take action to improve the condition of the hotel.

This hotel is fully of mice on the ceiling running all night. Hotel quite old but located at a very good location. Would be nice if hotel can clean and make it more hygiene around even outside of the hotel but I know that Laos is not clean and a lot of littering anywhere with a very strong smelly from garbage and no one clean it.

Duy, Phat Ri, Sara, and Coconut are a few of the names of the brilliant people who make this excellent hotel what it is. Any travel I needed to do, (such as to Luang Prabang), was organised for me very solicitously and effectively. Getting to and from train stations and bus depots was also organised by Duy and Patrick at the front desk. The rooms are pleasant and comfortable, those who keep them 'just so' are friendly, timely, thorough and efficient. The pool is always clean as it is regularly cleaned. Breakfast is reliably tasty.Cooked dishes arrive from the kitchen in just a couple of minutes from when they're ordered and plenty of passion fruit, (always quickly replenished) , are to be found on the buffet. I felt safe and cared for the entire time, and could tell that this sense of security and comfort is something also enjoyed by my fellow guests. I'd recommend the Vientiane Garden Boutique Hotel to anyone travelling to Laos; and, especially, first time visitors who'd like the support and local knowledge happily provided by the people working there.
