The only thing that saves me from giving a 1 star for service is the woman who helped me book a taxi and was very friendly. The problem was that they put a ready ransom with the minibar in your room when you check in. No information was given at check in. I who was gullible thought this was a welcome gift, since I did not recognize this practice. I am okay with it, but it is Deceptive, trade practices to do this. Then they said the bill was 400k kip, to suddenly hear it from another lady who says it is 900k later that day? If you want to cater to international travellers, you have to give better information, just to put gifts to someones room, and expect they will pay it. It was very unspecific and that sign in the room, could be interpreted as SOMEONE that wants to order. Like i said, no information given clearly. I will say, that the room though was clean and tidy.
