I had a problem with booking due to my own mistake. Marco in the reception desk helped me with the communication with virtual chat to solved the problem. Many thanks to Marco for his great help with his gentleness!
We were not too happy with the apartment as it is simply not the style we like. The lady in charge gave us a nice room after our request.
In addition, I have to acknowledge as well that the breakfast is excellent with abundant and quality food.
I normally don’t like to leave my judgement. However with all what we received, I just cannot keep in silence. If we go back to Gargano area again, I have no doubts to stay in hotel Sciali.

Lovely hotel - rather overpriced.
This was a business trip and I foolishly booked a resort hotel, where I had no need of the facilities.
My only complaint was the bed - which I swear was harder than the floor!
Excellent breakfast made up for a restless night.

Posto molto bello, A 5 Min a piedi dal mare e 25 dal centro storico.molto accogliente e pulitissimo.Personale attento ad ogni tua esigenza.Ritorneremo sicuramente in questo posto . Posto auto disponibile e colazione abbondante e con molta scelta. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole stare lontano dal caos del centro e in tranquillità

Soggiorno dal 12 al 17 settembre 2023 con prenotazione tramite Booking, scegliendo l'opzione "paga in struttura". Come è giusto che sia, a garanzia della carta comunicata, mi viene preautorizzato l'importo, bloccando la somma totale. Una volta in struttura effettuo il pagamento MA la somma preautorizzata viene comunque prelevata dalla mia carta. PRATICAMENTE HO PAGATO DUE VOLTE. Contatto Booking e mi rispondono che il problema è facilmente risolvibile dalla struttura. Riferisco alla reception che, confermando il doppio prelievo, mi assicura che l'importo sarebbe stato sbloccato e avrei riavuto i soldi entro 5 giorni lavorativi. Pur essendo passati oltre 5 giorni (un mese) non ho ancora ricevuto l'importo, inoltre LA STRUTTURA NON RISPONDE ALLE MIE CHIAMATE, ALLE MAIL, AI MESSAGGI... SIETE DEI TRUFFATORI

Ottima esperienza, la consiglio a tutti . Sicuramente ci ritornerò. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile, struttura moderna , accogliente, pulizia al top, non ho mai sentito profumo di pulito da mattina a sera come in questo hotel. Colazione perfetta per ogni gusto. Stanza accogliente, comoda e piacevole. Posizione strategica. Insomma una vacanza perfetta!!!

Hotel ottimo con qualche piccolo accorgimento sarebbe top! Personale alla sala colazione un po’ disorganizzato. In camera mancano le zanzariere x poter tenere le finestre aperte la sera
