Reviews of Hotel Veneto de Vigan

It’s very nice quaint hotel and service staff was really good. The rooms are big and the ambiance is great. Will recommend this place for sure. It is also just a walking distance to major tourist spots

Hotel Veneto de Vigan is a beautifully restored heritage mansion dating back to around 1740. It was once an ancestral home and is now a charming bed & breakfast right in the heart of UNESCO-listed Vigan, just a short walk from Calle Crisologo. I really appreciated how they preserved the Spanish-era architecture and colonial details—it truly feels like stepping back in time. That said, while the ambiance is lovely, the facilities could use improvement. The hot water isn’t actually that hot, the water pressure is very weak, and the “high-speed internet” isn’t as advertised. They have dozens of different Wi-Fi names, so you need to reconnect every time you move to another part of the hotel. Although some room upgrades have been made, the amenities still feel a bit dated. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its history and location, but expect some compromises in comfort.

Need to fix fixtures

I only stayed in the ancient city for one night and quickly escaped. I was afraid that the accommodation conditions were almost the same. The price/performance ratio of the house price of 500+ is not very high indeed. If you live in history, there is nothing to say. If you look at the accommodation conditions, it’s really hard to comment.

I spent five nights at this hotel in December of last year,2025.It was a very pleasant experience.This hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Vigan,close to many of the sights,cafes and restaurants....The staff were friendly and helpful.Breakfast,included in the price, was very good and service was prompt and efficient...My room was reasonably large and clean and was serviced daily...I am happy to recommend this hotel and it is definitely worth returning to.

The hotel is along a heritage site (cale crisologo). If you would check in with a vehicle, you need to park alongside the road in front of the hotel. The breakfast is ok, it is not a buffet style breakfast. The room is also ok, it is not really accommodating due to noisy floor when you walk, it is made of wood.

This place is beautiful. Clean and very accommodating staff. Food is great! Its few steps from the famous calle crisilogo it’s worth it.I’ve read some bad reviews about the place the the floors makes too much noise its doesn’t bother us its part of the experience.its very authentic.

Great Place to stay when traveling in Vigan, particularly at Calle Crisologo. Comfortable dining area and inviting ambience. The Staffs are very helpful. Serves authentic Ilocano foods for breakfast. Will be coming back soon to this very historic place.

Good location with an annex area for more parking. The dining area has a comfortable and inviting atmosphere that serves quality breakfast food, with attentive and friendly service. Wish they would also offer lunch and dinner as well.
