"We went there for our honeymoon. Location: It's about a 20-minute taxi ride from São Bento Station. There's nothing around, so if you need anything, buy it at the supermarket before you go. Service: The staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we got out of the taxi. They were very helpful with directions and greeted us every time we saw them. View and Facilities: We were shown to the 7th floor, and the view was fantastic. Instead of going to Moru Garden, I'd rather just take photos from the terrace. We went to the indoor pool on the 8th floor, but it wasn't crowded, and the water was lukewarm, making it a great place to swim and play. There's no smart TV, so skip it. Room Service: Koreans might not like the room service food. The seafood rice was bland, and the sushi wasn't our kind of sushi. I asked for spaghetti Bolognese, which was fine. I recommend making a reservation in advance or eating out. Next time I'm in Porto, I'd book a five-day stay, it was so good."

"Such a wonderful stay and it ended very quickly! We were very happy and delighted to stay at Origine Porto Gaia, and it didn't disappoint. Our little turned 1 earlier than our trip and the team was too kind to prepare a little cake for her. She loves the place! Especially the outside heated pool. Everyone seemed to feel cold, but she didn't care. She swam and ate her chicken from the kids' menu! She loves it! Definitely coming back here when we can! They are all very nice and helpful. I just couldn't remember all their names. As you know, I have a toddler that wants 101% attention. Bruno was one of the guys that helped us with our luggage and our car parking. He's very kind. Oh, the turn-down chocolates are to die for! 😍 Exceptional service and an amazing stay! Can't wait to come back!❤️"

"The views from the kitchen and bathroom are spectacular. Despite the dramas we had receiving the checkin instructions (via *******) we had high hopes for our stay in Porto. The information from the managers had raised our expectations even further with mentions of extras in the apartment for free. After managing to get into the foyer through the 30cm wide door, then tripping over several bags of laundry we then completed the complicated task of retrieving our car pass and negotiating the near vertical 2 flights of stairs to our apartment. Despite highlighting the internet and free use of Netflix, neither were working for us. Internet was fixed on the second day, but Netflix remained stubbornly in Korean. The air conditioning worked, however on the second day developed a constant drip which was to be fixed after we left. Out of the 4 showers, only one was warm, the rest were stone cold. No response to our email about that."

"Absolutely beautiful house to stay in. Bella was an exceptional host and gave us some valuable information and tips on where to go and what to see. The rest of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful too. Breakfast was very good. It is a little walk into town but it suited us as we enjoy walking, but wouldn't cost much in an uber or the bus was easy to navigate. Highly recommend staying here."
