Hotel che non si capisce all’arrivo dov’è l’entrata per parcheggiare l’auto al suo interno perché tutto chiuso e nessun cartello. Ho dovuto chiamare l’hotel per telefono per capire come entrare, dove a sorpresa ho scoperto che si faceva il check-in tutto online con consegna chiavi, apertura cancelli ecc. tramite telefono dove prima ti aprono una porta e poi ti indicano con i codici da digitare dove prendere le chiavi della stanza, e poi con un telecomando fai tutto da solo. Ho risentito molto della mancanza di personale….almeno una persona in reception ci dovrebbe stare per qualsiasi necessità. O perlomeno avvisare prima che questo Hotel funziona in questo modo così la gente sceglie e non perde tempo.
Poi al mattino praticamente entra tutta la luce dalle finestre…e con le pareti in cartongesso si sente tutto.

The room smells of smoke and was very dirty. When I complained I was told i that the only thing i could do was to cancel and that it was not possible that the room smelled of smoke cause it is not allowed to smoke in the hotel. It ended with the cleaning lady came and opened the window. The bathroom smelled of urine and the walls and floor where very dirty. No discount possible and no refund. You can just cancel and try to find another hotel when all are fully booked.

Very clean and modern hotel within spitting distance of Verona airport. Reasonably priced and had everything you would need for a budget hotel stop pre-flight.

Excellent hotel in relation to the category (3 stars), modern, clean and comfortable. Very good in-room coffee. The only flaw is the bathroom light too dim for moments like a beard. Comfortable bed, internal parking in an area closed by a gate.
