With a group of friends we stayed at this property at the end of August. Nice pool, but we will never go back due to some unacceptable situations handled without any attention to the customer. Some examples: - Getting in touch with the property before arrival was very complicated. On the day of check in we were answered on the seventh call (after the email went blank) and the same happened during the booking phase where we needed some information; - Rooms: in the bathroom we found scattered black hair; one of the windows did not open properly and the "spare" blanket had unidentified white spots (photo attached). At check out we reported all this to be answered by a very annoyed lady that there is a particular system to open the window (pity no one had explained it to us) and that it was not possible that the blanket was dirty. No displeasure shown, no attempt to justify the problems encountered. No problem instead to collect the € 300 of the two rooms; - Breakfast: opens at 8, we show up at this time and, after noting that the croissants were not yet ready, the staff tell us that we were wrong about the times and that breakfast started at 8.30 (despite the presence of a sign on the door indicated as time 8-10). Last but not least: I guiltily forget a jacket in the pool. Upon returning, I call and agree to pick up the jacket the following weekend. I call on Sunday morning and I am told by the owner (I think) that I would either be there within 15 minutes or I should have come on Monday, because she was waiting for me on Saturday (we do not know based on what) and was about to go to a lunch. No one had warned me that I necessarily had to go on Saturdays. I pointed out that for me going on Mondays meant taking half a day off because as you can imagine, I don't live within a short distance of a place where I choose to go on vacation. No proposal to meet me (eg leaving to a local in the area), rudeness because "they too go on vacation" (legitimate, it was enough to advise). Moral, I took vacation to pick up a jacket. In short, in this structure there is a total lack of attention to the customer. In many years of travel I have never found such reluctance to take responsibility in the face of what is wrong and I have never had to deal with a person as rude as the owner. To never see us again
