I stayed here for two nights for a music festival in Betxí. I originally sent two emails to the hotel looking to book a room but got no reply to either but thankfully the festival organiser was able to book a room for me. The hotel is located about 1.2km from the train station, there are no taxis but it's an easy walk. Hotel check in was efficient and the room was lovely, clean and comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. There is a supermarket and fast food places close by and bars and restaurants about 1km in town (though are some cafes closer by too). I didn't check out the hotel gym or swimming pool or have food in the hotel. There is a small on site cafe where I had a couple of bottles of beer (no draught beer). Be warned it's almost impossible to get a taxi here so if you're doing anything outside Vila-Real you'll need a car. I think the taxis come from Castellón and are reluctant to do so. The hotel was able to get me a taxi to Betxí (about 12km away) for the music festival but getting back was a complete nightmare, so much so that it has put me off attending the festival again in the future.

For years I have been staying two nights at the hotel every month. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean and the buffet breakfast is quite varied. If you go by car it is very well connected and there is parking at the door. I highly recommend it for a business trip.

Good rooms and good buffet. Stay more than recommended, good treatment by the staff. Good facilities with sauna, gym and swimming pool. The proximity to the stadium allows you to be around in about 10 minutes. Carrefour and burger king in front of the hotel.

Excellent attention and service from Virginia. He treated us very kindly. The room was very nice and clean, a total luxury. We also highlight the champagne and chocolates offered as a welcome. The hotel has a very nice jacuzzi.

Very appetizing and correct breakfast. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The treatment at reception is excellent, Vanesa very decisive. It needs a renovation, and renew the furniture. And open the heated pool again to relax after a day of work

It was an overnight stay, the room was very correct and the breakfast was super complete, the staff was super attentive and you even have a gym and sauna. The connection to the highway is super close, perfect for shopping, etc.
