Overall satisfied with the hotel. Room is big, clean and bright with partial seaview and a bathtub at the balcony. Walking distance to First Market and Wang Hao Supermarket. Our butler Kiki was extremely helpful, she assisted to call and made reservation for our helicopter ride as the nearest base was closed unexpectedly. Breakfast was nothing to shout about, with local and a little western style, freshness of salads and desserts could be better. If you don’t mind a hotel without beach front but conveniently located, this is a good choice.

TLDR: Had really high expectations when I booked this 5 diamond hotel, however the stay experience fell short from the expectations. The Good: + Was offered room upgrade to sea view room during checked in. + Interior and exterior design of the hotel is really sets a relaxing tone to the entire stay. + It was a nice touch having Bellboys to help us with luggage and open doors whenever we arrive at the hotel lobby + Staffs and cleaners greeted us was also a nice touch + Breakfast options are extensive (including fresh juice bar and daily special juice concoction) + Free hotel activities to do daily + Gym is well maintained and a good number of machines The Bad - (Presales) Didn’t appreciate the fact that the booking page didn’t state the hotel deposit amount (which is slightly more than 1 time the hotel room price) and was only mentioned during check-in. Prior the trip, I tried to ask about whether there’s any hotel deposit via Trip.com message to hotel function and there’s no reply at all. (I mean a 3 diamond star hotel I stayed previous replied… but a 5 diamond star hotel didn’t). - (Not controllable) Sadly, there’s construction going on and can see cranes and construction machinery hindering the view of the sea, as well as the noises. - There’s supposedly a butler assigned to each guest, but my butler only added me on WeChat several hours after checkin. Also, was asking the butler about one of the afternoon hotel was still going on as we reached the venue and there’s no one around. He said he will check and then no reply for 20mins before I messaged him to inform that we won’t be waiting anymore. Didn’t appreciate that there’s no follow up. - The shower control knob will suddenly fall off at certain angle which can be rather dangerous given that it has quite a weight to it. - The bathtub’s shower head keeps leaking when we turned the other tap on to fill the bathtub, and we had to put the shower head into the bathtub to prevent flooding. All in all, it fell short on expectations in terms of the service compared to the service my partner and I had experienced in a 3 diamond star hotel at a fraction of this hotel’s price. Nonetheless, it is really a gorgeous place to stay in. Tastefully decorated and smell really great. Most of the staffs are friendly.

The overall environment of the community is very good, the vegetation coverage is extremely high, and the property management is standardized. The hotel is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and good service. It is about5-10 minutes walk from Haitang Bay Beach. The seaside of Haitang Bay is large but very open and spectacular, which is very suitable for vacation.

I fell in love with this sea view room at first sight. The room is very large with three bedrooms and two living rooms, 180 square meters, very good. The furniture, appliances and daily necessities are all complete. The bedding is clean and odorless. The fully automatic washing machine also has a drying function, which is very convenient and easy to use. There are water cups and napkins on the dining table, exquisite details, and a full sense of national atmosphere. The large floor-to-ceiling windows are bright and ventilated, and there is a large balcony facing the sea. The key is that there is also a fully automatic mahjong table, which is very good. The landlord is very warm and easy to talk to, really considerate, and comfortable to live in. It adds points to this trip. It is a very pleasant accommodation experience. It is worth coming again next time. The key is that this time we also caught up with the ”Capricorn” typhoon. The landlord was very considerate to send bottled water. After staying in Yate for two nights, I was always curious about the whole night view of Yate. I accidentally found this hotel🏨, which is located in the apartment building on the northeast side of Yate. Before checking in, the staff called and added WeChat, and told me the route very considerately. Check-in was also very fast. After leaving the hotel, the coat was left in the closet, and the staff also helped us to store it temporarily. Compared with the hotels in the same area and the same price, it is a good choice~ Open the door to see the sea and the billion-dollar villa~

Although there were some positive aspects,the negative experiences significantly overshadowed them. As someone who values cleanliness, especially when traveling with a child, I was extremely disappointed. The toilet was incredibly dirty, to the point where it was obvious it hadn't been scrubbed for a long time. The floor was covered in dust, making it impossible to walk barefoot, and the towels had visible stains. I reported these issues to the front desk, and they sent a cleaning staff to address the problem. However, when she arrived, she only wiped a few surfaces with a cloth. I checked the bathroom while she was still there and pointed out the dirty areas. There were hairs stuck to the glass, yellow and black stains on the walls, and even what appeared to be urine stains on the floor. When I asked if she had cleaned, she said yes, but it was clear that proper scrubbing and disinfecting were necessary. I had to insist that she scrub the toilet, and although she did so reluctantly and hastily, it was evident that she wasn't thorough. I understand that there are many rooms to clean each day, but that doesn't justify rushing such an important task. Even after scrubbing, the dirt was still visible, and she seemed to view me as a difficult guest rather than someone who expects basic hygiene standards. I’d be ok with the rooms having a fresh plain smell of nothing since not so many people enjoy the smell of diffusers, especially Asians, but for a claimed five-star hotel, it smelled like dust mixed with very old furniture and stuffy place. On the bright side, it wasn’t as crowded as I expected since it was during holidays. The breakfast was pretty decent but lacked options for non-pork eaters. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful, especially Lily.

The room is very big, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is very convenient to live with the elderly and children. The community is very quiet and suitable for self-driving. Parking in the basement is 20 yuan a night. There is a slow charging pile at the door. I stayed for three days and the room was cleaned every day. The most satisfactory thing is that they can provide strollers and dining chairs, which solves the trouble of bringing babies.

Great stay. We booked 2 similar rooms but got a free upgrade for one of the rooms. The villa was awesome but the pool access room was also really nice, both had very easy and quick access to the beach and the staff was always kind and fast in helping us. From the stay to the buffet dinner and breakfast to the way the staff dealt with us made it a chill and relaxing trip. There were a bunch of activities we didn’t even get to do and still had lots of fun!
