The shopping center of Pineta is about 600 meters away. Cycle paths in the immediate vicinity to reach all areas of Lignano, as well as the boat pass on the Tagliamento river for a visit to the nearby town of Bibione. The villa provides a large living room with a double sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, a large fridge and a freezer and a microwave, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a second nice room with two single beds and a full bathroom with shower. Outside you will find an external compartment with an independent entrance with a room with two single beds and a full bathroom with a washing machine. The villa provides also a spacious private garden with a fireplace where you can enjoy your time during your vacation.
