All you can expect from a F1 hotel, with a dynamic and serviceable economic, clean rooms and a buffet for the breakfast enough complete. This hotel cannot complain, the price is very competitive and the services are there.

We stayed here as it was a long weekend and Monaco Grand prix so there was nothing reasonably priced along the coast. Even the stay here was more than usual but we didn't expect more than a basic room, which is basically what we got. The check in was fine and the room as described. I would prefer a shower screen and not a shower curtain as well as a shelf or somewhere to put toiletries on the shower. The hotel is basically in the back carpark of a McDonald's, but wasn't noisy and was a short walk from the train station for the train or bus. No unsavoury characters that we saw staying at the hotel, mostly just families. The room did the job, but did have to use the aircon on only a moderately warm day as it got very stuffy. A ceiling fan would be more energy efficient.

Nous y sommes venus pour cinq nuits sachant que nous y étions déjà venus quelques années auparavant ! Grande chambre plutôt spacieuse,propre donnant sur un balcon avec petite table et deux chaises + un transat. Ce qui nous a surtout plu : La gentillesse,tolérance (certains clients étaient très désagréables) et l'empathie du personnel !!! Hôtel très bien situé entre Nice et Antibes !!!

The hotel maintenance was poor and also cleaning quality of the room. The rooms were not isolated well from external and internal sounds. Overall quality price was good value but not up to other kyriad hotel. Rather stay in a ibis budget next time so at least rooms are bigger.

· Easy to access location, though the hotel is not elegant, it is adequate, clean and efficient. Nice pool. Staff is extremely friendly, more than efficient and helpful with questions not even associated with hotel. Loved the very secure parking. Even a garage if the secure parking is not secure enough! And though I can struggle along in the French language, they spoke English! Business travelers would like this place as they need efficiency and easy access. There are small kitchens in the rooms for longer stays. As the autoroute is nearby, it isn't quiet outside. Rooms are quiet when window is closed. But that is clear when looking at the map on the booking.com website.
