Perhaps one of the best spots to live if you're on a business plus leisure trip. It's just opposite the White Bridge and you can reach Old Town in just 18 min walk. A mall is just next door if you forget any essentials. The rooms are cozy and the food is amazing, just that they charge a lot for room service. The lobby and Skybar are the differentiators. Darius at the front desk is very helpful and the hot food breakfast chef is great!

We were on the 5th floor with great vistas of the city. Our room was warm and comfy and we enjoyed 2 nights there. We ate one evening in the restaurant and the food was very nice but it was a bit pricey so definitely cheaper to eat in town. It was very handy for breakfasts just being situated across from a world famous fast food outlet where we went each morning. The hotel was well situated for walking trips into the city which we did each day.

The location is right at the heart of the city center and all attractions are within walking distance. The bed is one of the best I have ever slept in with memory foam. However the design and the layout of the bedroom and bathroom needs improvement as the shower and bathtub are separate units, looks weird and small and narrow. Old railing/shelf needs to be removed in the shower area as I keep hitting it. Wifi connection is good. Breakfast food is standard nothing outstanding. There are not much selection of fruits and using spoon to scoop the muesli is quite silly. I would expect to see omelets there but were not catered there for a 5 stars hotel like Novotel. Overall the stay was comfortable just missed out the usual Novotel hospitality I have expected.

The hotel and room itself were nice, modern, clean, comfortable and warm. Breakfast was good and the staff were polite and helpful. We liked the breakfast porridge very much and found the food was fresh and tasty. Some fresh fruit would be a nice addition. The hotel is much further from the centre than you would think. our Booking website listed the hotel as a 15 min walk from the centre, but it was 25-30 from the areas you are most likely to visit and there are hills, so go prepared for this or take Uber/Bolt cars which are very cheap. (We would consider ourselves fast walkers) IGNORE THE 'HISTORIC CENTRE' DIRECTION SIGN POST OUTSIDE THE MAIN ENTRANCE which has been put up the wrong way and directs unsuspecting tourists in the opposite direction to where they want to go. Nobody warned us about this initially. This won't affect most visitors, but during our stay the hotel hosted a darts tournament, which I am sure brings them good custom. However, not all of the people attending this event were very considerate of other guests staying at the hotel and it did affect our experience for the one weekend we stayed. Some drunk guests from the darts teams were running and shouting up and down our corridor (third floor) from midnight until around 5am, banging on doors, shouting and laughing loudly. This made it very difficult to sleep. In the morning the breakfast room was overwhelmed and dishes were emptied by the darts players soon after they were put out. I put my orange juice, cutlery and glasses on a table one morning and went to grab my breakfast and when I returned one of the darts players was busy moving my things to the side so that they could take my seat. It kind of made me feel like a second priority guest. There were lots of darts tournament attendees heavy drinking at the hotel bar (which is in the main reception) at all hours of the day and due to the hard, modern decor, this made the communal areas very noisy.

This was my 3rd visit to the hotel within 9 months! This is a beautiful business/leisure hotel! The staff is incredibly accommodating and very helpful! The fixtures are modern! Temperature controlled rooms, excellent AC (air conditioning) for summer and heating in winter. No matter the season the rooms are comfy with temperature control. Super modern bathrooms as well and comfortable beds. I’ve stayed in rooms facing each view, ALL the views are excellent! PS Great bar! Handsome bartender

We stayed in Mabre Residence Hotel during an overnight visit to Vilnius. The rooms were good value. While the decor is slightly older the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The check-in and check-out process was dealt with efficiently. I left my e-reader behind and the staff held it for me before shipping it internationally, free of charge despite my request to pay the shipping charges, they were very helpful in resolving my mistake.

Good location, right next to the church. Ordered it because it is a chain hotel and chose a balcony room for two nights. It is the best and most expensive hotel in the local Vilnius. Room facilities are ok, but not comparable to domestic Kempinski. But then temporarily need to continue to live another day, the original room can not be renewed and the hotel front desk said it was full. Booked on Ctrip, given it. Thanks to Ctrip. Please note in particular that the hotel gave a triangular attic-like room on the far side, reached out to open the roof skylight, and accidentally met when waking up. Because I only stayed one night, I didn't bother to toss. Please confirm the room type and price with Ctrip and the hotel. The pictures are clearly marked. If you have no special circumstances when booking, please do not book this room type. That's bad. If you run into it, you must jump up and scold it for such a low price / performance ratio.

This is a very different Radisson as it is housed in a heritage building and comes with a fantastic blend of historic charm and modern luxury. Something not common in the usual Radisson luxury hotels. LOCATION: Excellent location right in the heart of town and opposite one of the most magnificent cathedrals in town DINE + DRINK: Lovely lobby-level bar. And the breakfast is an extensive affair with a wonderful spread of local and international food. ROOM: We stayed in Room 404, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Spectacular views of the Cathedral and town square from the huge windows!; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good Radisson branded cosmetics FACILITIES: Compact Gym with a basic range of weights and Cardio machines, good enough for a simple workout. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the airport. I had an early morning flight, so that was perfect. The room was simple but clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice hot shower. Morning breakfast was good - with some simple hot food and a buffet. The only downside is that you can hear neighbors as the walls are thin. They do provide ear plugs, I didn't use them People at the desk were very nice and friendly.
