1 Generally speaking, it is still very good. The facilities and environment of the hotel, especially when I lost my passport in the previous room when I changed my passport, ashifu is also actively helping to find it, thank you again.
2 I added 160 US dollars a night with Ashifu. I made it clear that I needed a villa with swimming pool. When I checked in, I found that it was not the swimming pool but jacuzzi, so I felt a bit cheated.
3. The hotel needs to further manage the guest's bills. At checkout, it was found that two bills were not my bills. It took me a long time to find out that the hotel felt that it was because I changed the room that I made a mistake. Put someone's signature in my name. In addition, there is only one total amount of each order at the checkout. Can you transfer the list that you have signed to the front desk like other hotels. To be honest, I do n’t know if the amount of each meal is increased, mainly because it adds two more to make everyone doubt.
4, communication is also very strenuous when booking, especially booking Shui Fei.
5 In addition, there are swimming pools in Ctrip beach huts, but some do not have them. At that time, I also reacted to the hotel. I do n’t live there.
So in the end, the hotel manager asked me, and I can only give good, not perfect, because there are quite a lot of service improvement points. Because the price is nowhere to be placed, the service does not match.

The whole trip was not very satisfying. First, the seaplane time I requested is at noon on the 22nd, so that I can have a half-day tour of Male. As a result, I was arranged for an early morning seaplane. The hotel said that because the time of the seaplane is not under their control, and the time of the next day's seaplane will only be known after 6pm before 1 day .Second, I don’t know whether the lock of my luggage was broken by the seaplane staff or the resort staff. Anyway, the lock on my luggage was completely missing between the seaplane and check in the resort. Third. neither the birthday room decorations nor the cake that was promised to me was delivered. I was sick that day, so I didn't remind or ask, but I think the hotel completely forgot, which is a big mistake. Fourth, I told that I am sick and uncomfortable, can I ask for some hot soup for breakfast? The front desk said that there is no way, you only can eat whatever the kitchen prepares, which I can understand, But the front desk didn't even have a word of concern and greeting! I feel so indifferent!
I was very happy to choose you as my first vacation after the covid ,but now I feel that this is a complete mistake.

Spent a perfect 1 week on our honeymoon here. Our ambassador Adam was fantastic, and a great artist! He organised a lot of our activities on the island, most of which we enjoyed. All the other staff were so friendly and helpful. It was nice to be greeted with their smiling faces and greetings all the time we were there. Special shout out to Abhi who served us on most mornings in the Aqua Orange restaurant, and Nikhil for making the most wonderful eggs for breakfast. We also appreciated the special touches the staff did when making our beds, with the Enjoy Your Honeymoon and Happy Birthday decorations. We stayed in the over water villas with a private pool and truly enjoyed being able to jump into the ocean at anytime! Snorkelling equipment can be rented free of charge as a guest and we definitely made use of it. The resort was tidy and perhaps the time we went was not so much peak period that it was busy enough but not too crowded. There were still pockets of the island that we could enjoy to ourselves. The only downside to this wonderful experience was the food and drinks. We mostly ate at the Aqua Orange and had a few meals at The Grill and one meal at Roma. There were some good local dishes, but it would have been useful to have proper labelling of the dishes, along with a description of what the ingredients are as most of the time I wasn't sure what was in certain curries. Mostly however, the food was underwhelming. The seafood and meat dishes were often overcooked. The seafood bbq at The Grill was our best meal experience, but that came at an extra cost. The location for Roma was beautiful overlooking the sunset, but again the food did not live up to expectations and so we didn't go back. The drinks menu was extensive but a few of the drink options especially wine was unavailable during our entire stay. We enjoyed the excursions like snorkelling and sunset dolphin cruise but would recommend skipping the local island tour . It might have been a better experience if the tour guides had been more interactive, rather than just showing us the local school/mosque and corner stores. Overall we enjoyed our stay here very much. There are a few things that the resort could work on to improve the overall tourist experience.

Because I was considering eating and drinking on the island after I hit the road, I chose this high-end Italian brand. Sure enough, the Italian food lived up to expectations. The Italian bread at the buffet was delicious, and the ham, cheese, and pizza were all very good. The decoration style of this hotel is more Mediterranean style. The bathroom has a semi-open roof and good lighting. Don't worry, both the shower room and toilet have roofs.
There are three restaurants in total, buffet, Italian restaurant (on the second floor of the swimming pool), and Japanese restaurant. Japanese food will be disappointing for Shanghai tourists. The sushi rice is like ice cubes, and the sashimi is just local tuna and salmon, with very few varieties. The Russians are said to be very happy.
The advantage is that you can snorkel just outside the beach house, so you don’t have to spend money to go elsewhere. The disadvantage is that all the waiters, regardless of their yellow skin, speak English, and their service to Asians is obviously cold. On the contrary, the local waiters are very serious and run around before and after.
It is customary to tip here, and no one will force you if you don't. I saw many foreigners tipping for breakfast. Bring $1-5 for this and just do as the Romans do.
This hotel has an agreement with the seaplane company and requires flying to the island. There is a mandatory fee of US$480 per person. This should be taken into account within the budget.

The island is a little small, the environment is ok, the service needs to be improved, and the bad thing is that the water in the room is the lowest price mineral water in the ordinary bottle. We also pay for the water of the voss. If you look down the date, it is a month. It’s expired, and many things in the hotel are expiring soon. This shouldn’t be the international brand hotel. Another Fairmont room has all the water voss available for free...
