I arrived to the hotel, settled in, then went out to eat. When I arrived back at my room, the key would not open the door. They gave me another key which didn't work. They were going to transfer me to another room but all my stuff, including my phone and money was in that room. I had to wait over 3 hours for them to call a handy man who used a wire to 'break' into the room. Later, it happened again. I spoke with a maid who said it is probably the battery. She replaced it and it worked fine. I don't understand how management and service could overlook something as simple as replacing a battery, and instead caused me to basically lose a day of my vacation. This staff simply doesn't know what they are doing and I will not be returning.
