Enjoyed my stay staff was very attentive

We had a great overnight stay at Windgate. The staff was friendly, good customer service experience, and clean and comfortable rooms. We will be returning. Everything seemed newly renovated. Our only gripe was the breakfast; not for late risers who go towards the end.

In all our experiences ot Wingate Hotel in Vineland has been very good. The Rooms are clean and the ADA compliant room I'm staying in is absolutely fantastic and easy for me to use being Wheelchair bound. The only Negative part of our stay has been with the Free Complementary Breakfast. Says Breakfast is from 6 am to 9am on weekdays, And 6am to 10am on weekends. However we have found that if you arrive 8am or past this time for breakfast that there is a huge chance there will be absolutely no Hot food or milk for cereal available. And it wont be replenished apparently past 8am.Fortunatly, Doordash is available.

We stayed at Wingate by Wyndham, Vineland NJ for a soccer tournament. We booked for 3 nights (Fri-Mon). The night we checked in, I confirmed with the front desk that it was for 3 nights. We get to our room and we cannot open the door: both keys didn’t work. When we went back to the front desk, they fixed it, reluctantly, commenting that I should keep the keys away from my phone, even though I explained that I had been there less than 5 minutes and kept the keys in my hands the whole time. The gentleman at the front desk was irritated, commenting that it was not possible, upset he had to redo the keys. We get into the room to find out the door doesn’t really close. Then we noticed the sheets are stained. Given the hotel is packed we let it go. The hotel is full of kids and thus we expect some level of noise. What we didn’t expect is to hear the wedding party until 5 am, Friday night to Saturday morning. The walls are so thin we could hear the music and full conversations happening from the lobby (we were on the fourth floor). This means we didn't get much sleep, and as the wedding was an event held by the hotel, the noise couldn’t be kept down. Or so we were told. On Sunday I get a call asking me if I want to extend my stay. I was very confused given my booking confirmation shows 3 nights, and the front desk confirmed that my check out was Monday when I checked in. No concerns, they say they can extend it, but not without commenting that I should always ensure I book the right number of nights. Overall, we were very concerned with the service received with the added tone that we were to blame for lack of planning. For a good night sleep, choose another location - you can hear all conversations in the room next door.

I always stay here when I visit home because of the location and overall value. It's right off of the highway of you need to go between cities and close to the nearest shopping district for quick trips or late night snacks. I love it here

tea and coffee facilities removed from rooms to front desk unable to make international calls from rooms there should be an information book that tells you about available services and facilities English muffins should be available on breakfast bar

The have dove products in the bathroom I was surprised by that and the room was very clean and comfy housekeeping was in there early making a lot of noise but hey they have to work so it’s ok

My stay was great everyone was friendly it was the holiday and i got a great rate room was clean the only problem was the drsin in the tub needs service water goes down really slow as a result the water stays in the tub during your shower.

Arrival at the hotel was a bit odd. The clerk, Isaiah, greeted me without acknowledging me. He was staring at the computer screen. I returned the greeting while his head was still down. When I didn't say anything else and just stood there, he finally looked at me. I told him I was checking in. From there forward, it was a typical interaction. He was very helpful and informative. And, ended with letting me know that he was available all night, if I needed anything. The room had 2 Queen beds for 2 guests, pleasant and fairly clean. Clean enough for an overnight stay. As I got into the bed, I felt that the blanket was too thin. I tried using the room phone but it was not operational. So, I used my cell phone to call the desk where Isaiah was. I requested 2 additional blankets since the ones on the bed were thin. Because of breathing issues, I couldn't turn the heat any higher so an additional blanket would have been helpful. Isaiah proceeded to tell me that he's not supposed to provide anymore blankets but he could give me one. I reminded him that we had 2 persons in a 2 bed room. He still denied me due to policy. So, I sent the other guest down to get it, turned the heat up and didn't get a restful sleep in preparation for my 6 hour drive the next day. Not sure if I would return to this accommodation again. Will have to try the Hampton Inn next door on my next trip to visit family.
