This property is under construction I stepped on a nail coming in absolutely horrible I was put in the room with no towels, when I asked for towels I didn't get them till the next morning. Front desk staff were helpful as much as they could be housekeeping staff was rude just a really bad stay. Won't do that again

The room was huge, comfortable, and my family loved it. Well worth the trip to this place.

the staff is very friendly. Room was clean and even though it needed some updating it was not terrible. Parking lot was well lit and seemed safe. The first night we ate at the in-house restaurant and they were understaffed. It took a long time but we didn't need to go find a place late in the evening. Overall we enjoyed our time here and would stay again. The people were really pleasant!

This is by far not a 4 Star Hotel. I booked through a third party vendor I guess. Starts with P ends with Line. I guess that didn't make me a Crown Plaza Customer I was the other guys customer? So the room I booked is whatever they want to give you. The lot was not well lit at all. Barry and Gary and Holly at breakfast are the only saving grace of this property. Other then that nothing.

The location is good, close to the center of the beach and not far from the airport.
