Reviews of SpringHill Suites Virginia Beach Oceanfront

The hotel was very nice, clean and staff was very courteous. There was one issue, no hot water in our room, Saturday morning I had lukewarm water, and I advised the front desk, my husband had no hot water it was cold. The next day Sunday, I showered in cool water and my husband had lukewarm water...since we were checking out, I advised the front desk again...no hot water. They gentleman apologized and said they would have someone look into it. Same as he stated on Saturday. He advised since I was a rewards member I would be credited points, I have seen any points after 30 days. I wasnt disappointed but I like to have hot water when I shower not cool to cold. It was still a nice stay. .

The location was fantastic - restaurants and shopping were all within 1 or 2 blocks. The hotel was on the beach and we had an oceanfront room. We stayed on July 4th and were able to watch the fireworks from our balcony. The breakfast was great and the hotel also had ice water available in the lobby which was wonderful when you are walking in from a hot day on the beach. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back!!!
