This was one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time. The entire front desk was very helpful and pleasant and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Overall, the property fit the bill. Relatively new facility, clean, basic continental breakfast, good offseason price and well located for my needs.
The staff, though knowledgeable were not what I would call welcoming people. they did their jobs well but in terms of professional appearance, it was lacking.
The room was clean and amenities were useful. Of the niggling details there were three. 1) only a small wastebasket in the bathroom, none near the desk or bed. 2) I was fortunate enough to get an accessible bath, with walk in shower. .There was a wooden drop-down seat that i cold pull down but it was a bit tough, needs some lubrication. and 3) the sink in the bathroom would present a challenge. Faucet worked, slow flow and the drain plug was hard to get to. Could not imagine if i was truly handicapped that it might be a problem to operate.
If you were looking for a fair value in a good location, you would want to check this property out.

I booked and paid for a king size bed days in advance and when I got there was informed they gave my room away. After about ten minutes they were able to find me a double bed room

We were there six days NO service to the rooms. I had to look for fresh towels after the third day.

Property is dated. One elevator does not work, the other makes you wonder if it’s going to complete the task each time. Bathroom is tiny, paying to park seemed odd when other hotels in the area had parking included. Staff was friendly and room was clean. It was a good place to stay as all I needed was a place to sleep.

My 2 night stay was fine. 1 king room on the 6th floor. Bathroom was small but not an issue for me.
