The room was run-down, dingy and awful. Our autistic son refused to stay there and so we had to leave to move someplace much better. The hotel/trip.com refused to refund any money. Just offered us another room which would have been just as bad. They stole over $1000 of my money. Do not use trip.com. They are crooks. Don't go to that hotel either.
