Was very noisy and they did not rerund even we left on 12 hours  ago

It was a wonder experience visiting keys. The services and the food was really awesome. I would like to suggest the same with my friends and neighbours to visit.

Excellent hotel for both family and solo travelers. The front desk staff were extremely supportive—special mention to Mr. Ramesh, who was truly outstanding. The food was good, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Visakhapatnam. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended.

We had visited this beautiful property recently for a vacation and was amazed with the hospitality provided by the hotel staff. Staff was humble and polite, rooms were nice and spacious, Food was delicious. I recommend this hotel for a good experience if you are in the city.

This was my second time visit to this hotel. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant, which made it easy to unwind. I especially appreciated the quality of service, as the staff were always ready to help with a smile. The food was also enjoyable, offering a good variety and taste. Especially Mr. Ramesh was great—his hospitality and helpful nature really stood out. He ensured that everything was perfect during my stay and was always available with a warm and professional attitude.

I used the services fo day usage. Location is very good and services are quick.

I had a wonderful stay at Keys Select Hotel by Lemon tree , vishakapatnam. The hospitality and service were excellent throughout my stay between may 20 to 25 june A special thanks to the all hotel staff for their outstanding support: especially :Mr. Appa Rao for his very courteous and always ready to help attitude, Mr. Shankar for his professional, friendly, and attentive attitude. And Chef Rama Rao had prepared delicious food and ensured a great dining experience for my entire family stay. Special thanks to Front Desk Manager Mr. Ramesh who handled everything efficiently with a warm and welcoming attitude. Last but not the least Housekeeping staff Kondamma who kept the room exceptionally clean and comfortable during my entire stay with great attention to detail. Staff dedication and genuine care made my stay pleasant and memorable. I highly recommend Keys Select Hotel vizag to anyone looking for excellent hospitality, clean accommodations, and outstanding customer service. I look forward to staying here again.

We recently had a stay at Lemon Tree keys select, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The ambiance was elegant yet cozy, making it perfect for stay. They offered us 12th floor city view feel happy to see the city from topest floor, providing a relaxed environment where both ou us enjoyed quality time together.The f&b staff and HM saroj was extremely courteous and attentive, they ensuring that everything was well-organized and that we felt welcomed throughout. For sure we come back to stay again.

Location and food is good. I’m very much disappointed and unsatisfied with the behaviour of Front office staff Mr R Laxman who is very unprofessional, rude and arrogant. Very bad experience and not expected from a brand hotel.

They ensured that the food service to my room (Room No. 608) was always prompt, courteous, and of a high standard.
