During my recent stay at a hotel in vizag, i found the experience delightful and almost perfect, warranting a solid four-star rating. From the moment i arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The hotel’s location is ideal, offering easy access to the city’s major attractions and beautiful beaches. My room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The bed was plush, promising a good night's sleep, and the room amenities, including the high-speed wi-fi, were excellent. The large windows allowed natural light to flood in, enhancing the overall ambiance. The hotel's dining options were diverse, with the on-site restaurant serving a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to different palates. Breakfast was a treat, featuring both local and international cuisine, and the staff was always ready to accommodate special requests. The only minor hiccup was a slightly delayed room service, but the quality of the food more than made up for it. The property is neat and clean. The room size is good. The food is good. Services are ok. Minor issues with bed side phone, washroom hands-pray in my room. This room seemed to be not used for few days so it had damp and musky smell when i checked in on 4th aug as it is monsoon season in vizag.

There are not many varieties of breakfast. I can't connect to wifi in the evening, let the hotel give help, say no one, wait until 9 o'clock in the morning. 9 people have checked out. The service level is a lot worse, although you go to live, a sir, the service is too slow.
