Great Location. Ok Hotel. No Elevator. The hotel itself is very nice. Decoration is a bit antique, classic Roman style. However, the site says it has an elevator and that is not the case. There is no elevator in either building. The main building only has a wheelchair rail. The room had a very nice view. Bed was comfortable and pillows are ok. The tub is very small and we found hairs in our towels The location is great. 5 min walk from the main square. The Parking garage that they have the discount with is also 3 mins from the hotel.

Fantàstic Not only the beautiful antic decoration in both Dato's Receptionist at the back of this hotel is so friendly and helpful she guíseme On the map she kept my luggage until late when I left day after really good service The bedroom at dato2 has enough space and extra place with chairs like a saloon to read The only thing I found bad was there is no heating in the bathroom so you need to leave the hot water Running so it gets warm In the bath before you shower For the rest all fine There is no lift as it's an old building in the center of Vitoria (no problem For me as was traveling with light luggage) I will come back for sure if I'm Again in the city

Well located Art Deco hotel in heart of Old Town! Well located hotel in the heart of Vitoria-Gasteiz's Old Town, minutes walk from the train station. Ane on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The Art Deco staircase was a real highlight and memorable feature.
