The staff on tonight (24th March 2023), were amazing. From picking us up at the airport, checking us in, serving us at the bar and in the restaurant. There is a 24-hour airport shuttle, and there is a special place to wait for the hotel shuttle out of the airport. There are intercoms for calling various hotels, and they will pick you up after you get through. The shuttle to the vitrolles train station can go to the lobby at any time, which is very convenient. There is a 24-hour room service. The room is a bit old.

Great gym, pool, restaurant, and bar. Very nice place and excellent staff. Only complaint is that there is not an earlier shuttle to the airport which is about a 6 /7 min walk away when there are clearly people such as myself and others who needed to be at the airport before 5 am. It’s an easy walk, which I took, however since the airport is under construction and there are no clear markings as to which side of the airport to go to, it took us nearly a half hour to reach our destination with 2 children in tow and pulling luggage. This could have been easily done with a shuttle service that coordinated with all these early flights. By 5 am the airport was packed with long lines. I will not stay here again for that reason. I paid the extra for a nice hotel with shuttle service. So it’s not worth it to me if there is only half of what is needed.
