The attitude towards Asians is indifferent and weak, and there is no patience. The Chinese do not recommend living in the hotel. The people in each link of the hotel were very bad. They did not account for the accounts after they charged. They repeatedly asked the Asians and asked us to provide a payment voucher. After seeing my voucher, I did not express any apology.

cozy place. perfect for short stay when u have connecting flight of layover. its was 2 mins to airport. if you take taxi you had to pay for €20 so better contact the hotel for shuttle they charge for €5 only. you can walk during the day but 15 mins and there is high way. so if you plan to walk goin there just dont hahah. but room and place is spacious. good buffet breakfast even the bar is perfect.

The Hotel is very nice and staff are friendly. If you have early morning flight or late night flight, this hotel is the best for your choice. We have early morning flight and we called to hotel to pick us up from the MXP airport about 10PM which costs €5 per trip per person. It is very cheap comparing to take Uber. Also, the bed is very firm and have space for 2 luggages to lay down for packing up stuff before the flight. I recommend this hotel. Reasonable price and location is good as 5 mins drive to the airport.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Milano Malpensa Airport and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, just a short distance from the airport terminal 1, making it perfect for travelers with early flights or layovers. The room was spotless and very comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of travel. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

It gave me really relaxing time. The room and bathroom were clean. I loved eating well supplied breakfast early in the morning that starts at 5A.M. I slept well and ate well. Now, I got the energy back and got ready to continue my journey.

This was nice and useful for the airport. It was necessary to take a taxi there due to the ring roads I don’t think I could have found it. Room slightly dated but nice modern reception and kind staff. Late arrival meant restaurant closed.

Great location with 24/7 free shuttle. You need to take the free shuttle that goes between the two terminals and get off Casa Nuevo bus stop. The journey is not longer than 3-4 minutes and the walk to the hotel from the bus stop is another 2-3 minutes.

Good hotel very close to the airport. Can walk there in 5 mins. Bar was nice (altho we noticed everyone else getting a welcome drink!) staff friendly. A bit of noise from the airport but that’s to be expected.

Very nice personnel, the room is a bit basic and small, but had everything one might need, including amenities (toothbrush, etc). Sadly no slippers though. Perhaps, could do with a better quality flooring...maybe, if they decide to renovate at some point! Overall - had a very nice stay, would definitely come back, if I need to stay in the area again

As a daytime sightseeing, catch a plane the next day, especially the small hotel that is very suitable for early flights. 10 minutes drive from Malpensa Airport, the hotel has 2 free shuttle vehicles (white 5 people, blue 7 people, advance reservation is required, schedule can see photos). The room is not big, the facilities are a bit old, and the pastoral scenery is pushed outside the window. There are towels, but they are hard. Once a bagged shampoo / shower liquid. There is a hairdryer, small refrigerator, and free bottled drinking water. Breakfast starts at six o'clock, and it costs six euros, with bread, juice, milk, jam, fruit, cheese, yogurt and cappuccino. There is a parking lot outside the hotel. Practical budget small hotel.
