При заселении в номер под наклейкой «чисто» на унитазе, обнаружили жёлтые пятна... а в ванной чёрные волосы. А вечером вообще треш: в 21:00 приехали с маленькими детьми отдыхать в номер, а тут свадьба прям под окнами (у нас ВИП на втором этаже). При заселении о мероприятии не предупредили (видимо здесь это в порядке вещей). Даже с закрытыми окнами ощущение, что дискотека и диджей с тобой в одной кровати. После жалобы администратору перед нами вежливо извинились, принесли фрукты и попросили потерпеть до 23:00. Как будто свадьба резко остановится в это время. За 20000 в сутки мы с детьми сюда видимо не отдыхать, а терпеть приехали. Не рекомендую.
