Напишу отзыв об архитектурных впечатлениях. По мне "Версаль" - одно из самых красивых зданий Владивостока. Именно такие здания на Светланской позволяли говорить в начале 20-го века о городе, как о маленьком Париже. Не так давно я тоже гулял по парижским улицам. Вполне сравнимая архитектура с парижскими зданиями 19-го века. Порой казалось , что знаменитый парижский мэр барон Осман приложил руку и к этому отелю. Здание , построенное по проекту И.В.Мешкова, известного в городе архитектора, было построено в 1909-м году. "Версаль" сразу стал визитной карточкой города и лучшим отелем России за Байкалом. Шикарный отель не знал отбоя от посетителей. С гостиницей связано много исторических событий и знаменитых имен. Колчак, Лазо, Амундсен, Хо Ши Мин. Уже в наши дни здесь останавливались Великая княгиня Мария Романова и принц Кентский, Патрисия Каас и Олег Табаков, и многие другие знаменитые люди. .

Отель - ни о чём. Похоже, что как его в 90-е построили, так больше никто в нём ничего и не делал. Номера обшарпанные, завтрак - просто смех, всё холодное и невкусное. На ресепшн вам никто и ни чем не поможет. Не рекомендую.
