Мы жили в отеле неделю в люксе двухкомнатном. Стоимость была приятной, но сам номер на люкс не тянет. Отель в целом с хорошим потенциалом! Но банально не хватает приветливости персоналу (всему) и клиентоориентированности. А вторая проблема: довольно грязно: в номерах ковры, мебель и ванная уже уставшие, но чисто в целом. А вот лестницу не подметали дня три! Ровный слой белых крошек. Кухня - нормальная! Бомбическая свинина по-домашнему с картошкой и луком. Заказывала каждый день. Есть прачечная, но опять же - одежда мятая и просто не расправленная, забираем сушку сами. Могли бы быть более опять же аккуратнее и как-то не на отвали делать за немаленькие деньги. Наверное это в целом отношение по городу. Неприятно удивляет(( В ресторанах в центре ситуация получше. Странно, люди одни и те же. Мы из Москвы.

Гостиница оставила лишь не приятные впечатления, больше здесь не остановлюсь. Началось все со входа. Вход находится на парковке, без малейшей вывески, и найти его получилось лишь после звонка на ресепшн. Заселили быстро. Выдали ключ (не карту), поднялся на 2 этаж, с трудом но нашел номер,так как порядок расчета номеров как то странно сделан. 38,39, 46, 47.... Ну да ладно. Сначала +, их не много: В номере тепло Большая удобная кровать Набор гигиенический для гостя (включающий зубную пасту и щётку) Тапочки Парковка (вроде бы как охраняемая) На этом это все + Теперь о минусах: Цыганские обои,что просто разрывают глаза. Грязь, а именно напольное покрытие, покрывало, сантехника. В номере нет стаканов и бутилированной воды В номере темно Плохо показывающий телевизор (и всего несколько каналов, не одного детского). Вода из крана или теплая, или горячая. Холодной нет. И вишенкой на торте разочарования, я проживал в номере одном, а опись в номере была из другого... Как так. Нет мини бара Окно выходит на лестницу... Нет даже таблички чтобы не беспокоили. Фото прикрепляю как факт подтверждение.
