Бронировали отель, когда отключили букинг. Поэтому воспользовались другим ресурсом, на котором отсутствовали отзывы. Проживали в стандарте две ночи. Сам номер неплохой, но... Окна выходили на дорогу. Под окнами сходятся две улицы, автомобили, стараясь проскочить следующий светофор, прибавляют скорость. Гостиница и дом через дорогу стоят близко к проезжей части, и звук, многократно отражаясь от стен, создаёт невероятный шум. К тому же под окнами автобусы, троллейбусы и местные автомобилисты и мотоциклисты. Среди которых есть большие любители просто кататься кругами и громкой музыкой. Две ночи наблюдали одну и ту же машину с укреплённой колонкой на крыше, которая со всей этой дискотекой кружила по району часов в 11-12 ночи. Мотоциклисты-те вообще считают своим долгом взреветь мотором погромче. Да, конечно, с закрытыми окнами почти ничего не слышно, но в номере начисто отсутствует вентиляция и даже в ванной она почти не тянет. Проветрить комнату можно только открыв окно на улицу и дверь в коридор. Окна выходящие во двор, выходят также и на помойку. Гостиница - типичный советский какой -нибудь ”спутник”. Мебель более-менее новая, но всё равно, как в советских гостиницах. Не понравилась кровать- матрасы продавлены, чувствуются пружины. По конструкции матраса показалось, что он достаточно старорежимный. Холодильник сильно грелся, поэтому не решились его включать. В ванной тоже были неприятности - качающийся унитаз и отваливающийся кран. Персонал на приёме гостей и на завтраке очень приветливый. Завтрак неплохой:каша, омлет, запеканка творожная, блины, какая то прям обеденная еда, свежие овощи, выпечка (так себе). Кофемашина варит хороший кофе. До Кремля -реально минут 15-20, но довольно неинтересного пути, поэтому - долго. На мой взгляд отель не соответствует 3 звёздам и не стоит 3700 за ночь.

I will start with the negatives. I booked an improved room. The width of the double bed was - 140 cm. People go to rest, not to lie at night, not knowing how to lie. Things like a small bed size, it is worth writing on the hotel website when the room is described. When we checked in, we were given the number 3 on the first floor. The room is divided into two parts. First the toilet and the closet, then the door to the room with two tables and a bed. Two stand!!! Can you explain to me why? Places are so small that if one stands, the second must lie. The administrator's number changed us with a small scandal. A rather unpleasant ripped lady named Olga. The photos of the rooms are made with a special lens, so on the site they look big. In fact the size of the room is quite modest. The bathroom - less it was impossible to do. Sitting on the toilet supports the shoulder of the sink. For the northern city with white nights it is strange to see the windows thin, lighting curtains. The sun rose at 4 a.m. - the normal sleep is over. Take a sleep mask with you! The staircase is quite cool. The room has a pretty cramped plastic fastener with passwords from Wi-Fi and other information. To take in hand is unpleasant. Access and approach to the hotel is awful. Fullly destroyed road coverage. But it is a matter and claim to the city, not to the hotel. Now the pluses. Friends lived in the second building in a room called ”four-seat improved” - a pretty spacious room. Of the downsides - there is no mosquito net on the window. Closed parking in the yard of the hotel is quite spacious. Coulers with water on each floor. Rooms are clean. Fumitives in rooms. Breakfast is abundant. Pacific area without noise. But the discotheque noise is reported on the weekends near the embankment. Beauty, towels are clean, quality. General conclusion: a normal hotel if you fit a small bed.

Гостиницей остались довольны. Находится рядом с Кремлём и всеми достопримечательностями, до всех можно дойти пешком. В номере 3 окна с видом на церковь, очень просторно, хороший ремонт, всё красиво и чисто. Ну очень приятно в номере. Так же в номере полноценная ванная, а не душевая кабина, вода горячая была без перебоев. Спали сладко, никакого шума. Отличные завтраки по системе швецкий стол. Есть фен, чайник, телевизор. Из минусов- большая кровать, но составлена из двух. В душе пора постирать или поменять шторку. Постельное бельё белое, но были пятна, не отстирались, это вопрос к прачечной. Полотенца сваливались с крючков, либо к ним пришить петли, либо крючки поменять.
