Very polite staff. Excellent spot right on the beach and very clean. It is also very close to Volos. The only reason I rate it as five is that in my opinion it is less luxurious than a typical five star hotel. For example the quality of breakfast was low to medium. On the other hand it is value for money. The more luxurious five star hotels are more expensive.

The hotel is placed right in front of the harbor, in one of the most animated areas of Volos, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars that provide outdoor seating in the seafront, a must during the hot Greek summer nights. It is a brand new hotel, very modern and comfortable. Our room was very quiet. The staff was polite and efficient. The room and the bathroom were spacious, with all the amenities you expect in a hotel of this category. The air-con and the internet worked just fine. The breakfast buffet was very good too. The hotel corridors are labyrinthine. There are lifts, but they are very small - 4 people maximum - and not plenty, so it is a good idea to use the stairs. They have two stairs (at least, we were able to found these two!), but they are difficult to find as there are no signs in the corridors. One of the stairs finish in the reception, but another finished in a closed door, so we had to return to the first floor and look for the other stairs. If there is an emergency, it will be a disaster. This is something the hotel needs to correct urgently, putting more signs in the corridors and emergency doors in the stairs.

Καινούργιο, όμορφο ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο της πόλης. Έχει πάρκινγκ. Τα δωματια ζεστα και μοντέρνα ωστόσο έχουν βάλει το μπάνιο δίπλα στα κρεβάτια με τζαμαρία που δεν κλείνει καλά η πόρτα όποτε δεν υπάρχει καμία ιδιωτικότητα. Ίσως υπάρχει αυτή η τάση σε κάποιες ευρωπαϊκές πόλεις απέχει ωστόσο πολύ από την ελληνική κουλτούρα. Θα το συνιστούσα μόνο για έναν ταξιδιώτη, σε καμία περίπτωση για ζευγαρια. Είχαμε καλή εξυπηρετηση παρόλο που βρεθήκαμε εκεί μετά τις πλημμύρες που έπληξαν την πόλη. Το πρωινό ήταν a la carte αλλά οκ είχε ότι ζητήσεις και σε πολύ ωραία αίθουσα με θέα.

The staple food is mainly bread; the eggs include fried eggs, scrambled eggs, and boiled eggs; there are four or five kinds of cheese, including The famous Greek goat cheese; dairy products also include Greek yogurt; there are not many vegetables, there are cold salads and hot baked tomatoes. The overall breakfast is pretty good. The rooms are not big, but they are clean and tidy. There is a supermarket and shopping area within ten minutes' walk downstairs, which is very convenient. The room has a small balcony and the view is average.
