The hotel does not quite live up to 5-star standards, although it has a few positive aspects. The room was large and spacious, but poorly ventilated, with signs of dampness – which can be an issue, especially for guests with mold allergies. In the bathroom, several details required attention: the sink faucet was broken, the bathtub had no plug, the jacuzzi system was out of service, there was no shower curtain (making showers uncomfortable and slippery), and the entrance door was damaged. Additionally, the cabinet housing the fridge was swollen from moisture. Regarding general facilities, the absence of a terrace or balcony was a drawback. The air conditioning in the hallways was not working, and there was a persistent smell of fried food from the kitchen, combined with stained carpets in the corridors, which created an unpleasant atmosphere. At night, the noise from the air conditioning compressors was disturbing. As for the beach, I did not ask or check about its location, but the photos might give the impression that the hotel is right next to it – which is not the case. Breakfast was generous, though not very varied. Overall, the experience felt closer to a 3-star stay rather than a 5-star one.
