Reviews of Volos Palace

I visited Volos for a day and decided to go to this hotel, here's my experience. I asked for a room with two single beds but they gave me a room with one single bed instead without informing us about the change. The parking lot was so tiny and miserable that at one point we decided to park outside because of how hard it was to park there. The room was fine. the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the room overall was clean. My overall complaints are the parking lot and the booking.

The hotel was convenient to the train station and Hertz. It is on the edge of the lovely walkway along the sea. The beds were two singles pushed together, not very comfortable. It was clean and a bit dated. The breakfast was adequate.

Everything was amazing, I strongly recommend this place to anyone. I would not stay anywhere else ! Φανταστικό μέρος! Καθαρό, ευγενικό προσωπικό, ωραία φαγητά, όλα τέλεια!!!!! The hotel is in within walking distance to the port into different cafeterias.

For a brief one night stay on the way home from Greece it worked well. It's a predictably good modern 21stC hotel overlooking a small park and the port. Decently sized rooms with comfy beds, a chair or two, functional a/c and a bathroom with a (stumpy) bath. The b+b breakfast was good and the place is within easy walking distance of a bunch of small traditional restaurants. Free car parking is available directly across the street. Although we were probably unlucky, the open air theatre next door held a gathering that ran on well beyond midnight. No problem for me but lighter sleepers might have struggled.

My husband and I spent ten wonderful days in this hotel at the beginning of August. The hotel is in a great location, and a large and free parking lot is right across the street. Volos Palace is within walking distance of the main streets, shopping area, numerous restaurants and promenades by the sea. We had a spacious, beautiful and comfortable room on the fifth floor. We especially enjoyed the large terrace with a direct view of the harbor and the sea. The room was excellent and maintained daily, the air conditioner worked flawlessly. The breakfast was varied and everything was delicious. The staff is extremely friendly. I would especially like to highlight the receptionists who were always ready to help us and answer all our questions (mostly beaches, restaurants, things to visit in Volos and the surrounding area, etc.). We are planning to stay at the Volos Palace Hotel next year as well. All recommendations!

Well located to town, supermarket, waterfront and restaurants. Good bar range and well priced. Rooms are spacious in both bedroom and bathroom, and reasonably quiet. O LY challenge during our visit of 3 nights is the air conditioning is under repair across the rooms but it wasn’t extreme temperatures outside and the balcony door open was fine. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Breakfast was a great choice and spread. Also the staff were excellent in their engagement and service. Really seemed to enjoy assisting.

Ευγενικός receptionist,ακριβήςε στις οδηγίες που ζητήσαμε για την πόλη του Βόλου---φαγητό,ποτό,που να πηγαίναμε να αγοράσουμε γλυκά για οικείους. Δωμάτιο άνετο,καθαρό,ξεκούραστη διαμονή,πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση---φιλοξενούσαν ένα σχολείο και συγκέντρωση προσωπικού ΔΕΔΗΕ Θεσσαλίας. Πρωινό πολύ καλό,ευχάριστη αίθουσα με σωστή επιλογή διακόσμησης και χρωμάτων ώστε να ξεκινάς ήρεμα την ημέρα σου.

We booked a suite for one night for 2 adults and 2 children. The suite was large, bright and very comfortable. It had a fabulous view of the the port. This hotel is very close to the heart of the city and a short walk to the shops and restaurants.The staff were very friendly and helpful when my son was sick. Great choice for breakfast. I would stay at this hotel again.

Διαμονή μιας μέρας ως ξεκούραση μέχρι το οδικό ταξίδι μας στη Μακεδονία . Αξιοπρεπέστατο, old time classic, ξενοδοχείο. Καθαρό , ευγενέστατο προσωπικό, με δικό του πάρκινγκ . Καλές τιμές σε σχέση με την ποιότητα. Πολύ ωραίο και με ποιοτικά προϊόντα προσεγμένο πρωινό. Σαν μείον να προσθέσω μόνο την ηχομόνωση ίσως . Θα το επισκεφτώ ξανά αν τύχει και μείνω στο Βόλο .

accoglienza ottima ed ottimo il servizio. la camera eccellente. peccato per una dipendente addetta al servizio della colazione di oggi 16 aagosto 2025 che non onosce l"educazione e per un loro disservizio di comunicazione di anticipo alle 6.30 anziché le 7.00 ci caccia dallla sala colazione e mi sbatte la porta in faccia dicendo che non era stata avvisata. sono uscito deluso ed allibito dalla violenza verbale nel vederci in sala a quell"ora e senza fare colazione ho dovuto farla in un bar vicino, criticando gli italiani. Rovina tutto quello di buono fa una squadra di lavoro. il datore di lavoro lo deve sapere

Υπερβολική τιμή , δεν αξίζει πάνω από 75 ευρώ. Το στρώμα για πέταμα . Μικρό κρεβατι. Χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση.. θα ήθελα τουλάχιστον ένα βραστηρα και ένα ποτήρι στο δωμάτιο μου.το ψυγείο δεν λειτουργουσε. Καθαρο. Καλό πρωινό. Καλή τοποθεσία. Με πάρκινγκ..ευγενικό προσωπικό..

12 13 Ιανουαρίου 2019, μία βραδιά Εξαιρετική θέση και προσανατολισμός. Μεγάλοι και άνετοι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι. Δωμάτιο 217 ζεστό με πολύ καλή επίπλωση , μπάνιο ευρύχωρο αλλά λίγο άβολο νιπτήρα. Δυστυχώς στα παραπάνω έρχεται το μπουφέ πρωινό να χαλάσει όλο το σύνολο. Πολύ χαμηλής ποιότητας η φρέσκια ντομάτα, τα κρουασάν βουτύρου και σοκολάτας, οι μικρές πίτες, τα αλλαντικά, το μπέικον, τα τυριά η ομελλέτα και Ρα μπισκότα . Στο ίδιο χαμηλό επίπεδο οι χυμοί και οι καφέδες ( όλοι από την ίδια επιτραπέζια μηχανή καφέδων και ροφημάτων της νες καφέ). Άσχημη εντύπωση όταν νεαρός σερβιτόρος μας φέρνει ανθρακούχο νερό «δούμπια» λέγοντας: «το περιέ σας»
