Truly an extra-special hotel! Villa 2 has an incredible location with amazing sea views, perfect for a family. The breakfast was excellent. We'll definitely be back with great pleasure.

This hotel is situated on the water front with direct access to the sea. There is a public foot path that span across the bay right in front of the hotel between the hotel and the sea. There are some construction in the surrounding area but construction noise is not a problem.  Google map is not very accurate due to road closure of the surrounding area due to the construction sites. The staff is very friendly and offer great customer service. The hotel buffet breakfast is better than the typical Mercure in Europe.

This hotel in Larnaca is highly recommended! The environment is absolutely beautiful, the service is outstanding, and the facilities are very new. The breakfast spread is extensive, and the restaurant itself is lovely, overlooking the beach. There were many people strolling on the sand and enjoying the water. A highly recommended beachfront resort. If you're staying in Larnaca, you definitely shouldn't miss this one!

Excellent, modern hotel. Good pools, good beach (a ***** of stone on entry, but sandy bottom further on). Nice seaside walk running for miles to Larnaca. A room a bit small but functional. Breakfast tasty and good quality. We had a room with a sea view and it was a good choice. Other rooms may have a building site view ;-) Negatives: Mosquitos !!! There are mosquitos, even in November and we were punished for desire to sleep with open window listening to the sea. Hotel should research for any small water deposits (building site?) and use some chemicals to rid off mosquitos. The key card stopped working at 11.30 am - the reception explained that it was OK as in just 30 min at 12.00 is the check-out time. My wife was inside otherwise I would need to run 100 meters to reception to get my bags to the car. No taverna or restaurant in walking distance. The neighbourhood pretty rough and not attractive.

Extremely friendly staff, very helpful and would always go the extra mile to help you. Location is by the beach and next to a good seafood restaurant. However, it is far from the airport, city centre and the shopping mall. It depends on your needs and breakfast was good!
