We went for a weekend getaway and approached the reception to ask about check-in time. The lady told us to have a seat and wait a bit, and to leave our suitcase with her (she pointed opposite her desk). We left our suitcase, and about 5 minutes later, I went back up to ask something and realized our suitcase wasn't there. I asked the lady who told us to leave it there, thinking she must have moved it somewhere. She said, 'I don't know!' Our suitcase had gone missing and had been given to someone else who was going to Paphos! Words can't describe it. The least they could have done was not charge us, but we paid the full amount! What a huge hassle due to their irresponsibility!

The breakfast was great. The pool was quite spacious and nice. The beach wasn’t exactly perfect — we had to go quite far out to be able to swim properly — but it was very safe for kids. Its proximity to the city makes it ideal if you have a car. For those who want to use public transportation, there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
