Ужасно. Я забронировала номер оплатила сразу , пришло подтверждение бронирования и на почту и в систему. Долго не могла связаться для заселения , по ватс апп никто не отвечал, затем написала в сервис по бронированию. Только после этого со мной связались и сообщили, что номеров свободных нет и бронь моя не подтверждена! Хотя подтверждение было ! Предложили заселиться в другой отель . Я согласилась , пришла в другой отель, там долго ждала , в итоге меня заселили только в 4 часа дня . В номере было грязно, очень пыльно, не было полотенец , мыла и др.принадлежностей, но сообщение о том, что выезд в 12.00 мне прислали целых 2 раза , за этим они чётко следят получается!
