The staff here aren't friendly at all. The service doesn't match the price. Only the facilities were good. I hope good facilities will be accompanied by good staff in the future.

I stayed in the hotel the whole time and didn't go out. Dinner was pretty good, and breakfast was okay too. Overall, the service attitude was decent. The public areas were lovely, and having two pools was a huge bonus.

The rooms are clean, breakfast is delicious, and there's a pool with a beautiful view. I recommend staying in the beachfront area.

Booked this for my friends who were visiting Vietnam. The hotel environment is great, and the location is also good for taking pictures. The breakfast was quite suitable for Chinese tastes, and the staff were all very nice.

The hotel is beautiful with excellent facilities, including a seawater pool and a gym, and a great natural environment. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and helpful with booking ferry tickets, which was a real plus. The hillside and bayside sections are separated by a road, meaning you have to cross it. Since one of the hillside rooms we booked had a strange smell due to renovation, they proactively upgraded one of our rooms to the bayside. The only minor drawbacks were the slow check-in process and some communication issues with a few staff members. Also, the soundproofing in the hillside rooms was a bit poor; there were kids shouting loudly at 6 AM. I would definitely return, but I would consider staying on the bayside next time.
