Hotel room is clean and check in is fast. Location is not near the beach or mall. Hotel should provide buggy service to ferry hotel guests to the nearby beach. For a family room, the size is good but would be better if could have one more toilet. Staff speak little English. Service staff can’t even understand English or Chinese. View from the room is superb. Pool area is nice. Would be good if the hotel can provide better hairdryer. I’m using half way and it pauses due to overheated😤. Breakfast spread is good as well. Would recommend.

This is the second booking. We had a wonderful stay at The Malibu Hotel during our recent family trip! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for our family of 5. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered something for everyone, which made our mornings so much easier. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely consider staying here again on our next family getaway!

Excellent hotel located very near bien sau (back beach) which is usually where people go to swim in the sea. Unfortunately, at this trip, the beach was closed for a very long stretch due to improvement and construction works. Very clean and very good buffet breakfast.

Very good experience. Nice and clean place to stay. Breakfast is fantastic with many options. The pull is clean and good for kids. The beach is very close to the hotel. Street food is very nice. Staff was very helpful.

Best accommodation we’ve stayed in vietnam so far. Hotel interior and exterior are very clean and well maintained. Paid 3-star price but what we got were 5-star service and facilities. There is also a kids’ play area which is helpful if you want your kids to be entertained while you go for spa & massage. Staff members are courteous and helpful. We came on our daughter’s first birthday. The hotel staff gave us complementary birthday cake to celebrate. The beach is a short walk away but if you want to swim, need to walk a little further up to avoid paying entrance fee.

The hotel is considered one of the better and cheaper ones. The location is very convenient for food and shopping with Lotte within walking distance. The breakfast buffet is one of the best in Vung Tau. We were spoilt for choices. The room is pretty clean and big.
