The hotel is too old and dirty. Facilities are really bad, compared to the price.
Location is good.
Front office is supportive.
There are some "invisible guests".

The hotel is located on the beachfront. Daily cleaning was very high quality. The service was excellent, and any issues that arose were resolved almost immediately. The food in the restaurant was delicious, but as everywhere in Asia, it was repetitive. I highly recommend this hotel.

Airy, clean place, opposite the beach.
The breakfast buffet has a lot of dishes.
The hotel supports early check-in and late check-out because I have a small child.
