I had a great stay at a hotel in the heart of Vung Tau. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Back Beach and close to many popular restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with recommendations. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had a beautiful view. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive. The overall experience was excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service in Vung Tau!

They forced us (65 & 69 years old) to move to a lower levels room from room 1801 to room 816:
- The reason: “one of our customer needs a higher level room, you have to move to another room” they said and this was TUESDAY not weekend.
- My IMPRESSION:
- Lots of staff running in the front building and in the lobby area, but don’t know what to do.
- Old and outdated TV with very poor signal.
- Very confusing lighting system.
- Leaking Showers enclosure, water spills everywhere.
- There’s no toilet paper when checked-in.
- Toilet cover was loose.
- Breakfast was so so, lots of choices, but most of them were tasteless.
- Low quality fruits.(worst than those food stalls on the street.
- I used my US passport to check-in: my booking name and passport name was exactly the same but they sent a notice to TRIP.com stated that my booking and checked in name was different. MY GOD They really don’t know what they are doing.

There is a really bad musky (sewage) smell in the room. And it's not something that an air freshener can solve. I think it comes from the toilet floor trap or toilet bowl.
