Sheraton Sanya Haitang Bay Resort

Watermelon provided excellent service. The hotel robot was very smart and convenient. There were many parent-child activities, and we'll definitely be back next time.

The service was great, and the environment was lovely too. My kids absolutely loved staying at the hotel and didn't want to leave. Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos of the hotel's interior. In my kids' eyes, the pool was the absolute best! It's also very close to the beach, and the photo opportunities were fantastic.

My stay at the Sheraton Sanya Haitang Bay was very satisfying. The overall facilities, environment, and service all met international five-star standards. Although the hotel is older, it doesn't detract from its quality as a resort hotel. The front desk staff were helpful and patient during check-in. I want to give a special shout-out to our butler, Tudou. Every morning and evening during our stay, he would proactively greet us. He also showed great care for our experience, asking if we needed any room supplies replenished and about our preferred cleaning times. I've stayed at many international five-star hotels, and I truly commend Butler Tudou; his service awareness is truly international five-star standard. The hotel offers many free children's activities, including pet feeding, a children's zip-line challenge, a park train, and children's DIY crafts.

This time, I stayed at the Sheraton Sanya Haitang Bay with my child and was lucky to have Potato as our dedicated private butler. I'd like to give a special shout-out to her. From the moment we checked in, she stayed in touch, and the check-out process was incredibly efficient and convenient. Potato was incredibly attentive throughout our entire stay. The room was very clean, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The gym had a full range of equipment, and the pool water was spotless.

The room was absolutely fantastic, with a huge and super comfy bed. The air conditioning was especially powerful and kept us cool. Housekeeping came to clean the room every day, and they were very responsive to all our requests. Lying in bed and looking out at the sea was incredibly relaxing. I was traveling with my child this time, and we were both very satisfied with our stay here; the service was excellent in every aspect.

The customer service was incredibly attentive, and the room was clean with no strange odors. Watermelon sister (the staff member) was particularly kind and helpful!

The hotel was clean and tidy overall, with a great environment and plenty of activities for kids. Our butler, Tudou, provided excellent and prompt service. The Milan photoshoot outfits were beautiful, and both the photographer and the post-production editing were top-notch.

The facilities are quite old. The kids' pool area was closed, I'm not sure if it's under renovation. My plans changed, and I tried to cancel my booking ten days prior, but the hotel flat-out refused, so we had no choice but to go... Honestly, they really need to improve their customer service and be more understanding. 😂
