Garden Hotel & Spa

We booked the hotel because of the spa, but there's no information here about the spa being closed. It's very far from the center, a half-hour drive. We're very sorry.

I stayed here for a business trip. It's a bit far from the city center, but the accommodation and breakfast were very good. I was very satisfied. Haha ...

Facilities: Average; Hygiene: Clean; Environment: Tidy; Service: Average

The hotel is quite nice, although the rooms are small. The spa is fantastic, but it's almost always empty. What's bad is the forgetful staff. Forgetting to put soap in the room when guests check in. Forgetting to bring it after a reminder. Forgetting to fix the shower head. Forgetting to clean the room. Going to get a card and never returning—that's, unfortunately, the norm.

I was kept awake at night by a woman's moaning. Everything else was fine.

The price is relatively high, there is a free spa, if there is an additional charge for massage, the breakfast is also rich in variety, but the taste of Central Asia is really unpalatable, and the scenery outside is quite good.
