The hotel was a fantastic experience in Tokyo. We opted for the open air bath room and had a wonderful time bathing with the view of Asakusa and Skytree near us. Do note that the location is quite a walk away from the train station.

Very comfortable ryokan in a convenient spot. Service was impeccable. The room was well equipped and cosy but not small. I had half board - dinner was great, and I recommend this option. My only wish is breakfast could start a little earlier than 8 a.m.

Customer service was perfect, the hosts were friendly and the futons were comfortable. The onsen was unfortunately too hot for my liking.

A small but cozy place, warm-hearted staff, they can help to call taxi. Nice open-air spring bath. Easy walk to the temple.

- 방이 좁다는 것은 감안했지만 사방이 벽으로 박혀서 고시원 같을줄이야! 창문을 열 수가 없음(한쪽은 벽, 한쪽은 다른 세대 정면) 진심 숨막힘.
- 침실에 다다미 3개가 안깔림(안깔아준 이유가 이거였냐)
- 어린이 숙박객 있는데 어른용 유카타만 3개워서 물어보니 그제서야 갖다줌
- 노천탕..매우 작음 3명 이용 어려움
- 샤워실 좁아서 안들어감(노천탕만 이용)
- 저녁 먹으러 시장으로 가야함(좁아서 시장에 별도 디너 장소 구한 것 같은데 이러려고 료칸 가는게 아니잖아요.)
- 전통 료칸 스타일의 고급스러운 음식이 아니고 알코올/음료 종류가 없음
-고기는 많이 주심
-차실 컨셉이라도 너무 어둡고 차실 컨셉인데 전기 주전자도 없음
-냉장고/TV없음
결론 : 직원들은 친절하려고 노력했지만 그것만으로는 다시 가기 어려울 것 같아요.

帶爸媽來體驗傳統日式房間，一開始找店面找了一會兒，有點不起眼，是一個茶杯的logo。外面看上去就是一間茶室～接待的是一位年輕的日本小哥，服務很好，跟他聊天得知他多數時間住在紐約，3個月在東京，學習並以酒店經營為業。旅館私密性很好，房間裝潢很有傳統和室氛圍，有歡迎茶點，早餐還不錯。露天浴場需要提前預約。臨走小哥哥還給我們拍了拍立得，很棒的體驗。熱水需要自己要，房間裏沒有提供瓶裝礦泉水。
