Staffs was courteous, friendly, and helpful.
Appreciate the complimentarry hot breakfast.
The bathroom vent was running but seemed to have been plastered over. So there was really no vent in the bathroom.

Manager was rude. Scum on bathroom walls and shower. Plumbing rattled and window secured shut with caulking at one point. Window would not close completely or lock. Had to fix it myself. Thermostat wires protruding from the wall and lying on the floor unconnected. Room smelled musty

Apparently there was some building demolition going on in the room next to us.
It was after midnight and right across from the employee work. It was not a pleasant first couple of hours.

The room itself was good but there was a stain on the couch...the breakfast was awful. I didn't even eat it. No fruit options, no toast or bagels etc. I wanted to swim and the pool heater was out. Way too expensive for no breakfast and no pool...

Everything went very well, except for the fact that we were put in a room on the first floor next to the exit door, which slammed open and shut all night long and really ruined our sleep for the night

My stay was peaceful and very quiet. I was in town for a convention and I got to save money with that all you can eat breakfast, and I had hot water pressure. Simple things matters the most to me.

Staff was very kind and professional!
They served the save sausage and eggs for 3 days. I checked out at 9am and staff informed me because i didn't give them a 24 hour notice of me leaving a day early they were still going to charge me for the last night.

Everything was great but didn’t receive housekeeping next day when we requested it. Also asked for new light bulb that didn’t work over microwave
