The thin and not tall people quarreled with the guests at the breakfast door, and the service attitude was particularly poor. It's bigger than the manager's shelf. 住的聯排別墅一樓，整體性價比是可以的，遺憾的院子裏的温泉不能放水了，因為就是衝著可以安靜方便的泡温泉來的，要不也不會這麼遠的去，去的時候還下雪了，要是能在別墅裏泡那就太完美了，挺遺憾的，後來衹能去温泉那邊，怎麼説呢，將軍石的温泉屬實沒啥可泡的，市內就那麼幾個池子，室外的人少的時候也就放一個，我就是去泡可10來分鐘，就洗了個澡回房間了。
酒店的早餐是我吃過的早餐裏，相對比較差的，酒店的價格也不算便宜，這早餐標準屬實有點拉胯。
該説不説服務員的態度都蠻好的。態度能緩解消費者80％的怨氣，所以希望能保持住。

1一家三口辦理入住後，9歲孩子泡不泡温泉都要補交88元，不然不讓去房間。2.酒店22：00下班，我們21:45回到酒店，大堂關燈，電梯全關，打電話給前台，前台讓走步梯。3.早餐孩子補交48元。4.服務態度極差。

前台男士主管服務非常好，前台也可以。設施陳舊，空調太差，衞生間有異味嚴重，我住的聯排別墅，需要走很長的桑拿過道，特別熱，到了房間，空調還特別差，開着24小時都不會降下來温度，一晚上1400多房間，居然多要幾瓶水還需要另外付費。再説温泉，感覺特別不衞生，浴巾毛巾都沒有，可能第一次衹給一個毛巾。

第一次打卡，高大上的設施，人不多，室外泡池開的少些，室內泳池乾淨，在餐廳點餐味道好價格不貴，住在温泉區，酒店的味道有點不適應，窗户有點矮，但窗外風景有異國風情，不錯的體驗，下次去主樓體驗。
