A clean cabin, plenty of showers and hot water. Has lovely little kitchen, with everything you need. Fridge and fans in the room. We stayed here straight off the ferry. Very friendly staff and residents which made tge experience. Parking next to cabin.

I have booked 4 of my employees into accommodation over the last 6 months for training courses, each of the courses went for 5 weeks and the crew stayed for 4 nights each week with Felicity and her team. The cabins were perfect for the guys to stay and study in, everything was there that they needed and were quite for them to study. I would definitely recommend staying at the Waikawa Bay Holiday Park.

Incredibly friendly, clean, organised & responsive. Many of us showed up on the midnight ferry & Felicity & team had left clear instructions for getting into our cabins. The cabins are brilliant - clean & well appointed.

We've stayed at Waikawa Bay Holiday Park a few times now and we will be back again. It's so convenient for staying over pre and post the ferry journey. We like the peaceful feeling of the environment here. The facilities are very clean with some lovely special touches that make it feel more homely and cared for. Beds are comfy, facilities are within easy access and the hosts have always been friendly and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble for them. The convenience of the location, the cleanliness, comfort, ease of doing business with them and affordable pricing are all reasons that we feel happy to recommend this special slice of Picton.

Friendly hosts, good rates, great location with beautiful views, very clean amenities & tidy site throughout the entire grounds. Absolutely love staying here always have a great time with friends & meet fantastic people. Highly recommend!

Really convenient for late afternoon arrival from North Island by ferry. Check in all smooth. Given a good berth at top end of camp with a lovely view. Kitchen was OK- but electric rings took an age (there is only one gas ring which was in use). Toilets and showers all fine. Overall very pleasant camp not far from centre of Picton with short drive to museums, cafes and shops

Spotlessly clean and tidy throughout the whole complex.The cabin we had was the hunters hut, and was well furnished with a nice feel to it.Was a perfect spot to rest and get to the ferry next morning.Would recommend to anyone.This place should be proud of the service they are providing at reasonable cost.

We have stayed at the Waikawa bay camp 3 times now, first for a week in an ensuite cabin a couple of years ago and last year and this year in a tourist flat. We have really enjoyed every day of every stay we have had here and will be back again next year. The camp is very clean and tidy. It is in a quiet location close to both the Picton and Waikawa boat ramps. The Marlborough sounds is a beautiful place to visit. The Cabins have comfortable beds and good shower pressure. Our hosts have always been friendly and accommodating in every way including a space to park our boat. We would recommend it to anyone. John &Sam k

Excellent accommodation options. We have used both cabins, and powered sites with tents and caravans over the past 10+ years and the service and amenities are amazing. Beautiful surroundings, clean and tidy, friendly, accommodating hosts, a swimming pool, playground, herb garden, fully stocked kitchen and close to the boat ramp and marina, you couldn’t ask for more. 10/10

I stayed one night in an ensuite cabin, with my sister in her own cabin. The manager was very friendly and helpful and made sure we both had the best cabins for our requirements. The cabins were super clean and kitted out with everything you need for a short stay, including deck chairs and an outdoor table. There were not a lot of campers so the park was very peaceful and the grounds were very well cared for. It was handy being able to walk to the Jolly Roger restaurant about 10 minutes (at a stroll) down the road. We will definitely be back.
