Overall experience was great! Checking in was a breeze staff was friendly, professional and gave me all the information I needed to know when checking in. The Ohana Suite is great for a more budget friendly resort for 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 3 T.V.s. Close to KTA grocery store, coffee shop and KTA grocery store. Fine dining is only a short drive away towards Hilton and Marriot Resort area. Nice golf course and mountain views. Recreation area with pool table, foosball and T.V. for viewing sports etc... I put 3 for amenities due to the resort only having 1 pool for the whole resort. Other than that everything else was totally fine!

The 4 days stay was excellent. I could easily accessed the several spots of Big Island(especially Mauna Kea Summit) at Hawaii by driving car. The room interior was a little old fashioned, but the others ware pretty satisfied. We wish to visit again next trip.

This is my 3rd time staying. I love the convenience of this place….the birds are great entertainment and the sunrises can be incredible. Very comfy beds…a bit too much chlorine in the hot tub.

I love this place and very highly recommend it!!! First of all, the price was right. I did not realize that our room accommodates 6 people! There’s 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms on the second floor. Plus a doff that converts into a bed that can accommodate 2 more guests. Kitchen is fully functional. Freezer has ice maker! Each bedroom has its own TV so do does the living room. Gorgeous views on building F with main bedroom (king bed) on golf course side and 2nd bedroom (queen bed) with ocean view side. Thus enable us to watch sunsets! The location is great , as long as you have a car. Lots of beach access areas are close. I sleep very well here because it’s very relaxing , hubby and I extended to 5 days instead of two. What else can I say, except that when opportunity arise , book it! It sells fast!

The environment is particularly beautiful, with good greenery, a pleasant ecological environment, and people, animals and plants living in harmony. The suite has two floors, two bedrooms, a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, and a sofa downstairs. It can accommodate 6 people and is especially suitable for a large family or a group of friends. There is a kitchen with a full range of kitchenware and tableware. There is a large supermarket within a 3-minute drive, so you can buy food and cook for yourself. The weather is clear at night and it is suitable for star watching. Everything is good, the only drawback is that there is a girl at the front desk who is very slow and sloppy. You have to say something to her. It took the previous white old lady half an hour to fix it.

It is considered a relatively cost-effective hotel on the Big Island.
The location is in Waikoloa, there is not much scenery nearby but it is a good choice for accommodation when going to the observatory. It takes less than an hour to drive to the observatory, which is closer than both Kona and Hilo.
The overall environment of the hotel is very quiet and close to nature. There is a KTA supermarket nearby where you can buy ingredients and food.
The ohna suite we stayed in has two floors, with two bedrooms upstairs and a small bedroom and three bathrooms downstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked and you can do almost anything you want.
If you don’t have enough coffee, you can call and ask for it. It’s very convenient.
The swimming pool is small but not crowded. There is a hot spring pool.

It's clean and well organized. It's a resort type, so it feels a little different from a hotel, but I really liked the warm and friendly atmosphere. This is a place I want to stay again if I travel to the Waikoloa area. The reception was friendly, but it was a bit disappointing that there was a lack of detailed explanations about using the facilities. Still, I had a pleasant rest during my 3 days and 2 nights stay.

If you have a condominium for a long stay or a rental car, it is ideal for saving after a resort such as a family or Hilton. The pool is small, so don't expect much, but it's a 10-minute drive to Waikoloa Village, and it's easy to understand on a straight road. This time, other family members stayed at a resort in Waikoloa, and only I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights after staying at Hilton Vacation for 3 nights. This was more convenient for me because it took more than 30 minutes from the Hilton room to the front desk and parking lot. A maisonette type on the 2nd floor of a 3-story building, the 1st floor is the living room, and the kitchen is on the 2nd floor. It may be a little inconvenient that there is no toilet on the 1st floor. I was told that I should leave the key in my room because I had to check out early in the morning. Compared to other hotels, it is 40,000 yen for 2 nights, which is cheaper than other hotels.
