I was visiting my son in Wakayama following a tour of Japan. This hotel is close to station & a shopping mall. It has complimentary breakfast & a nice Library Cafe where you can chill whilst enjoying a coffee or tea. The rooms are a good size compared to other hotels that I stayed in whilst touring. Staff were helpful & friendly. I would recommend this hotel & will use again.

Free breakfast was sufficient.
Appreciate the free drinks provided. The location was near train station as well. Only downside was the room abit dusty and there are trails of dust sticking on the walls

Very comfy, like the hotel name suggests. Room a bit small but bed very comfortable and the hotel is nixe and new. Breakfast was ok but a bit cramped, need a bigger room for this. Had a good laundry and WiFi worked well. Nice and close to the station too.

Comfort Hotel Wakayama is a very good place, which is very close to the Wakayama JR station.
Their staffs are very polite and responsive. The room is very clean and tidy. They provide self check in and check out service.
There are many restaurants, Café, convenient stores , departure store and duty free store nearby.
There are many tourist attractions nearby, even go to Shirahama and 貴志川 are not too far away.
This Hotel I would book again while I visit Wakayama next time.

Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, 3 minutes walk distance to JR and shopping. And there's an excellent Japanese restaurant just behind the hotel!

The hotel is in a good location, very close to JR Wakayama Station. There are many restaurants nearby, convenience stores and supermarkets are not far away. The restaurant on the ground floor is both a library and a lounge. It provides drinks. It is in good hygiene and provides luggage storage.

It is a five-minute walk from Wakayama Station. Check-in and check-out are done by yourself on the machine, and the front desk staff will assist you. The room was quiet, but there was no free drinking water. Breakfast has not many varieties but is pretty good
