Premier Inn Wakefield City North

I’ve stayed at this Premier Inn for the past four weeks while attending a training course, and I’ve had a fantastic experience throughout my stay. The hotel has been clean, comfortable, and a great place to come back to after long days of training. What really made the stay stand out, though, was the staff. Jane, Natasha, Teresa, and the rest of the team have all been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from day one. They always took the time to say hello, made sure everything was okay, and created a genuinely warm atmosphere.

Premier Inn was a great place to stay. It was ideal because it was near to where our dog was in Paragon hospital for an urgent operation. The atmosphere in the Premier Inn was amazing. The staff were very friendly. We dealt with Jane the most who was super friendly and very helpful and goes above and beyond the call of duty. The facilities are very good and the pub beside it was wonderful too with the food being lovely.

Second time staying in the past few weeks. Rooms are standard premier inn rooms. Comfortable, clean and cheap. What really stands out here though is the Staff can’t do enough for you. Whether that is the lend of a charger, fans in this heat, sheets instead of duvets. They really go above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to return if I find myself this way.

Just on hot Sunday afternoon, guess what, no air-conditioning, and blind just fell down, good start.

The location was good with decent access routes. The room was nice and clean with a very comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom. The room with a meal deal represented good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Overall, we had an extremely pleasant stay.

Great hotel - super comfy bed and big thanks to Jane on reception this morning for taking time to make sure we got a table for breakfast before the rush at 9.30am. Really great location and lovely helpful staff.

A three day stay where we met the most delightful and helpful staff. It was a joy to deal and speak with them all.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It was clean and reception staff friendly and helpful. The food and service at adjoining Brewers Fayre were also great. I would stay here again. Ample free parking.
