An excellent stay. You can see the hotel from the station, it’s very easy to get to. Whilst it does feel slightly old on the inside, the rooms are big enough (with a proper-sized bath too), and the service is as good as you would expect of a Japanese hotel. Also has lovely views from the ocean-side rooms.

This hotel is amazing. Its location is the best. Less than 5mins walk from JR. You can see the Dome from the room. The restaurant is awesome, low price and excellent service! Room space is big.

Front gave me the upgrade. (Royal suite room) It was perfect of my entire life.

The location of the hotel is cool. Facing the sea. Very nice view. But the staff is not very friendly and helpful. Not pleasant.

It's a very nice hotel located in the northern part of the city. The view is spectacular and I definitely recommend going to the top floor. Besides, the personnel are friendly and polite.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights. The hotel is 10 mins walk from the ferry pier with half of the rooms facing the sea and another half with partly seaview. I was arranged with room with seaview but it was a smoking room despite I requested non smoking. There is no swimming pool nor onsen in the hotel. The swimming pool shown on photos is next to hotel and charge 800 yens. The breakfast and dinner were below my expected standard. For instance, only scrambbled eggs are provided in breakfast. Overall, the hotel was below my expectation when 40800yen was charged for one night

Natural scene hotel with good location and worth for money.

Lovely location with beautiful views- rooms clean and pleasant to stay. Staff very helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast is good. Happy we stayed at Surfeel!

It was a decent hotel, but it was disappointing that they didn't provide separate towels when they didn't clean. The breakfast was also average.

The hotel is in a great location, you can see it from JR station, 3 minutes walk. There is a lady who can speak Chinese at the front desk, she speaks slowly and gently. The breakfast is OK, everything you need. It is convenient to travel, the bus to the airport stops at the hotel on time, and to go to other places, you can just walk to JR station.

The price is right, the location is moderate, near JR, there is a specialty store downstairs, there is a convenience store next to the station, you don't have to worry about starving to death, and the hotel can also book dinner. It was good all day, except that the WIF was very slow, much slower than my data and other hotels I stayed in. There was nothing to do except text, and I couldn't get out of Xiaohongshu without watching videos. There were wild deer nearby, and it was really good to go out to the breakwater in the middle of the night to take pictures of the stars. I like the service, and they folded my clothes that were thrown away.

A high-rise building standing by the sea, you can enjoy the sea view from the window, the scenery is beautiful, and there are deer visiting at night. It is 300 meters away from the JR station and bus station. It is the first choice hotel in Wakkanai.
